		<description><![CDATA[There is recycling in the Residential Halls:  South, Gharfari, and the Towers.  Each room has now been supplied with a small recycling container.  This container can then be emptied in the waste rooms, where you will find recycling bins for paper, metal, and plastic #1-2.
